Philip Weber (born May 11, 1966 in Dallas County, Texas, USA) is an American voice actor affiliated with FUNimation Entertainment/Crunchyroll. He is best known for voicing Sengoku in One Piece, Itsuki Marude in Tokyo Ghoul, Brain/Zero in Fairy Tail and Ramposa III in Overlord II.
